WHEN DOES REGISTRATION OPEN?
January 1, 2027. Get on the notify list and we'll email you the morning it goes live.
IS EDUCATION REALLY INCLUDED?
Yes. All 40+ sessions, indoor and outdoor, are covered by the $129 ticket. No session fees, no upsells.
DO I NEED A GUEST PASS FOR MY PARTNER?
Only if they want to attend the evening events. A $75 Guest Pass includes Thursday's Happy Hours and Friday's After Party.
CAN I BRING MY WHOLE CREW?
Please do. Four or more tickets saves $10 each; ten or more saves $20 each. Buy them in one order to get the discount.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Boots, a helmet, and your own saddle if you want to climb at the exhibitor rigs. Mountain weather swings — pack layers and rain gear.
IS THERE CAMPING ON SITE?
RV camping, yes — $215 for three nights with full hook-up. Check in Wednesday and out Saturday before sundown. First come, first served.
ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?
Refund and transfer policies will be published with registration. Tickets are transferable between crew members.
DO YOU OFFER CEUS?
Credit details for '27 are being finalized with the certifying bodies and will be posted alongside the program. Traditionlly, 1 hour of education is equal to 1 CEU from ISA and/or TCIA.
